...thoroughly enjoyable and by the end of it [the class] I was buzzing and wanting to do more. The release this whole dance thing has given me is quite unreal. I feel young again, like a child who is allowed to have fun without being self-conscious about it ...no matter how bad you feel about yourself or your day, don't give up on your dance class ...as soon as you get into it you feel a hundred times better. Don't give into your inner demon, defeat it and bust some killer moves
